Allyson May
I am essentially a self taught potter.  My
focus is alternative firing techniques
including western raku, naked raku,
saggar, horse hair/ ferric chloride and
black-fire.  I also produce a small quantity
of slip decorated and ash glazed
functional ware.  Visit the Gallery page to
see a sampling of my work.

availability, pricing and purchase of

2011 is shaping up to be a very busy
year!  I will do my first solo show this
September.  Due to the demands of this
adventure I will not be offering
workshops in 2011.  My workshop
schedule will resume in 2012 with
available dates in May, June and
September.  Keep those Raku  fires
burning!
